The use of steel PFC reflects the industrial context of Sutherland railway station precinct. The stepping down of the building form reflects the changing in zoning in the immediate precinct. The design is all BCA and AS compliant. It is a new iconic building in the CBD of Sutherland of Sydney metropolitan.
