The sports/ commercial mixed use with 3 levels of basement car park has an overall height of 32.5m, on the ground floor, there is a café and its outdoor seating area which activates the street front, and third/ fourth floor consist of 10 professional sizes badminton courts with 9m floor to ceiling height, ground floor has a boxing gym with an over 6m height exhibition boxing ring, Second floor is the multi-functional level which can be leased out as music / art studios, or spaces for various other extra curriculum activities for children,  and yoga gym. Roof top is a five a side soccer field / tennis court. 

Top two levels of office spaces with a double height void which has amazing sweeping city views! 

Concrete panels and light weight metallic claddings on the top two floors breaks up the bulk and scale of the building, which created a mansard roof look and feel!

This is yet another iconic high-rise building designed by Charles Tang Design on the Sydney’s upper north shore!
