Project description:

A landmark heritage listed hotel in prominent location of Darling harbour Pyrmont Sydney, without affecting the façade, we have added one extra floor by utilizing the existing high roof space, a mansard roof with metal cladding is created classic feature for the boutique hotel, a roof / bar terrace is also created. The 100 years old hotel has been modernized by adding a lift, turning all the rundown rooms into efficient art boutique hotel rooms with modern facilities, a feature music bar/restaurant were also added on the ground floor.
