This is a mixed use project located on the foreshore of a Southern Chinese City Quanzhou, it consists of a 5 star hotel, an apartment, and an open plaza / retail podium. The form of the high rise tower is inspired by the sail of a ship as it is near the ocean, and general aesthetic is south east Asia to reflect the local context.
