This house located in a heritage conservation zone in the inner west, hence we have kept the existing façade and roof form completely intact, and demolished part of the house at the back, added another level on top. The existing house has three bedrooms and a living/dining room and a bathroom, it is now 8 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms including two en-suites master bedrooms, the inhabitable basement became a large spacious rumpus room!
