​Project description:
Moree is a small town on the boarder of Queensland and NSW, it has natural hot spring, and is a holiday destination town, our design of the hospitality hotel complex is not only a resort but also acts as a town/community centre, a gathering point for the local community. The design also maximized energy sustainable principles, in terms of natural ventilation, rainwater collection and reuse, but the most importantly it is entirely made up of prefab construction, hence it will be constructed in a speedy manner, and reduce overall construction cost! The complex consists of a large multi-functional centre, café, restaurant, reception building, common carpark area and a swimming pool, and 26 prefab units that consists of one bedroom, two-bedroom units. The project is located near the Moree airport and is considered a regional gateway project by the state government! Charles Tang Design had once again created an iconic design in the regional towns of NSW Australia
