This is a boutique development of a 16 x 2 storey attached terraced townhouses facing the street and 6 x 2 storey semi-detached townhouses with a basement carpark at the back, bordering R3 zone in Ryde.

It sits on a very steep slope, and these townhouses are stepping down towards the street, the difference in height created water falls, green walls, and roof terraces, courtyards became more private as it is enclosed in green walls, at the same time it created visual interests by having a vista of views and a variety of built forms. It sets new standards for medium density residential developments in Ryde.
