A boutique / detailed designed luxury house with ocean view roof garden has been created on a narrow site with only 9.1m street frontage, LED lights on the frameless glass balustrades highlight the elegant outline of the building, internal courtyard brought light and air into the interior spaces, timber louvres creating interesting play of light and shade, roof garden has sweeping ocean view and yet appears to be completely transparent with only frameless glass balustrades!
