Charles Tang Design is currently being engaged in DA design of a 70m high iconic tower in the CBD of one of the Inner west suburb, this mixed-use development consists of 5-star hotel, office and penthouse style apartments. Cafe and retail on the ground floor and a little plaza to activate the street front! Simple and elegant glass curtain wall forming a strong contrast to the 100-year-old heritage building next door, the heritage building will be refurbished into the hotel Restaurant / bar for this 5-star hotel internally, multiple roof terraces / vertical urban spaces has been created, green wall connects them seamlessly, colonnade created a sense of rhythm and interesting play of light and shade
