This house is located in a harbourside inner city , eastern suburb of Sydney Elizabeth bay, and it is New South Wales’s largest Federation terrace house, we’ve turn the existing metal flat roof into a roof terrace, created multiple car garage, wine cellar/ bar, gym and family cinema in the lower ground floor, open up ground floor into modern living spaces including high end open island kitchen bench, sun/tea room, deep soil garden facing the street and on the side street, a new detailed fence in harmony with the federation style, creating more bedrooms with en-suites on the First floor, and on top floor master bedroom with enormous WIR / study room, Bathroom with huge SPA, the same floor open up to the new terrace overlooking into the beautiful marina bay view! Restore existing detailed timber balustrades and posts to its original condition and refurbish ground and first floor wintergarden windows to its original style but painted black, adding federation style plantation shutters onto street facing main glass doors.
