Project description:

We completed and submitted DA less than one month time, just before Woollahra council changed its policy from footprint to FSR control, which increased more than 120m2 for the client. Wavy balconies reflected the ocean front culture of the precinct, modest in scale at the street front, but over three levels at the back facing the magnificent ocean view and opera house/ harbour bridge!  
Cantilevered infinity edge pool levelled with living room, decking area and outdoor alfresco which merged with the ocean seamlessly! This luxury house consists of basement with wine cellar, bar / drinking room, gym, family cinema / entertainment, double height north facing living area allowing max sunlight and view out, grand piano performing spaces, glass lift. Upmarket kitchen with full height large glass curtain walls behind with full view of the water feature. the luxury house is also featuring a professionally equipped family cinema / entertainment room, Infinity edge pool with a pool bar made of glass blocks that filtered light through, glowing like a sapphire at night!
Details such as timber louvres not only provided privacy but also created a playful light and shade!
