Project description:

This landmark is an “incubator”, it cultivates a first class world power, an oceanic world power! ​

The people’s republic of China, the giant crack across the incubator symbolize the birth of this great era where China is the world power, the world leader! The incubator is situated on an island, it appears to be floating on water as it is 5m above the water, however it is situated on a multi-level Pre-stressed Concrete platform supported by large diameter hollow pillars fixed into seabed.
