Project description:

The site is located in Inner Mongolia China surrounded by trees and parks, the development consists of town centre, hospitals, sanatorium, nursing homes, medical centres, 5 star hotels, resort hotels, shopping mall, commercial mixed use, art gallery and cultural centres. Surrounding the CBD, there are high end villas, townhouses and apartment complexes designed specifically for seniors. A whole complex for the general Muslim local population, Chinese medicine complex, and a theme park accentuate Mongolian culture themes.
